Hi, I am a medical graduate from India. I tried so hard to pass USMLE Step-2 Clinical skills. I failed the first time I took it because I had no clue on how to communicate my ideas to the SPs. I read this book and practiced the content many times. Finally I passed. I recommend this book to every one who is taking USMLE Clinical Skills. The unique feature of this book is it has 12 patient encounters in parallel columns. Left side column presents Doctor-Patient conversation, while right sided column presents the author's guidelines. Don't waste your money on expensive courses like Kaplan. This book is all you need.
