Great product!,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Let me first start off saying that I am no fitness expert or pro body builder. I'm just your regular guy who goes to the gym to keep fit and look good for ladies. Due to an always changing work schedule, sometimes my only time to go to the gym would be at odd hours of the day. Combined that with the work day mentally draining me, it was hard to find motivation to go. A few of my friends had this "pre work out" stuff they'd drink. I poked fun at them and called them roid junkies, etc. Well, one of them used Jack3d and asked me if I wanted to try it. Curious, I did. That's when the awesomeness started.
I'm about 185 pounds, so he started me with 2 scoops. Within 15 minutes, my face started itching. My ears were tingling. I had this sudden urge to lift something heavy! 20 minutes goes by, and I think I'm going to explode unless I go to the gym. If you happen to spot anybody you would love to punch in the face, avoid them until after the gym. Otherwise, you may want to start releasing your new found energy on that guy. That'd be bad. Avoid fights, channel the energy to the gym. You don't see the full results of Jack3d until later in your workout. Before, I'd use to tire quickly. Not so much anymore. I'm mentally full of energy, and am able to continue until muscle failure. I should add if you are going to incorporate Jack3d into your work out, it's essential to look into whey protein for after workouts. Otherwise, the sheer amount of working out you'll do while on this stuff will leave you feeling like you got beat up by 5 MMA fighters at once the next day. After my supply of Jack3d was gone, I decided to try other things. Hey, you never know what will work for you. So, I tried NO-Explode and Black Powder. NO did absolutely nothing for me. It tasted like crap, and I felt like puking after consuming. Same with Black Powder. BP has a horrible chalky taste to it. Since they are not nearly as concentrated as Jack3d, you have to drink much more water with them. I don't like that full stomach feeling from just drinking 20oz of water while trying to do ab work outs. I'm not completely advocating Jack3d, and it alone. After trying multiple pre work outs, my personal opinion is that these things are going to be different for all people. Not everyone is going to get the same results from the same product. So, I'd recommend asking a friend to try whatever they use if you've never tried it before. Don't be an idiot like me, and drop $45 on Black Powder, only to find out that it does absolutely nothing for you. UPDATE: I'm active duty military, and recent rumors is that this stuff has been banned because it's making people pop on the piss test. I can attest that it's NOT going to make you pop, I don't know who started this. I use this stuff 5x a week, 2-3 scoops a day. Have been for the past 3 months. On the day that I took my test, I had no idea I had to go take the pee test. I work out in the morning. I took 3 scoops, getting ready to bust out some back and bi's, then my boss dropped the bomb that I had to go pee! So, face itching, heart pumping, I pee'd like a mad man. If there's any chance of popping, that would have been the time. Nada. I still have yet to find a pre workout product that works as well as this stuff does. Two thumbs up!

Increased energy? Yeah, if you like taking speed.,
There's a reason why people say that this gives you energy. It's loaded with stimulants.
Here is a breakdown of the compounds in Jack3d. Assuming the reader has already read about the positive attributes, we will be taking a look the potential dangers of each. Geranamine (1,3-Dimethylamylamine or Methylhexamine) This psychoactive drug is not FDA approved due to lack of research. It has adverse effects when safe usage is exceeded, including headache, nausea, and even stroke. Schizandrol A This is one of the effective components in the dried Schizandra fruit native to China and Korea. There is very little information available about Schizandrol A and only a few lab studies have been conducted. Botanists' claim the fruit itself can increase in the speed of reflex nervous responses. Methylxanthines (Caffeine & Theophylline) Jack3d supporters claim that it gives them energy without "the crash" and yet pretty much anyone will agree that caffeine is a temporary fix. Theophylline is very similar in structure to caffeine. Due to its numerous side-effects, the drug is rarely administered for clinical use. Beta-Alanine This amino acid really does increase muscular strength, endurance and delay fatigue. Numerous studies have proven it. Creatine Monohydrate There are no adverse side effects beyond occasional dehydration. Users of Jack3d often suggest drinking plenty of water to offset this, which is a good idea regardless. L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate This is the salt of the amino acid arginine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid. Along with the other amino acid based substances in Jack3d, there are no major drawbacks to speak of. Conclusion Hopefully the research contained herein helps you to make an informed decision about Jack3d and if it is right for your workout routine. If you already use Jack3d, as long as you use it responsibly and are aware of the risks of overdosing, you have nothing to worry about. Although it isn't perfect, it can help you meet your fitness goals when used right. 2115|R1ZN0D5DAIY1A8;2115|R2U5U8CP9ZN5HX;2115|R2H5U66G2VSBVW;
