I have used the USB phone twice and callees noted some loss of quality compared to a regular lined phone. However, they both noted it was a slight loss and the quality entirely acceptable. Time, and use, will tell.

This phone is quick and easy to install and after adjusting the sound on the phone AND Skype it works like a charm. I can hear everything crystal clear and the person I am talking to can hear me clearly also.Great product!
