I purchased the USR805422 stick because I figured it would be simple to use. USB, just plug it in and no worries, right? Nope. First the US Robotics software over-rides the Windows tools, so you're forced to use it instead. If you get disconnected from your wireless network, it can be a hassle to reconnect. And wait until you need to contact the USR site for support. The product isn't in the support lists yet! I ran into a serious problem where the stick worked for 2 weeks, then suddenly decided it didn't want to connect. The base station name changed from the proper hex values to all zeros and the channel kept switching. The only way to fix it was to reboot. I would not recommend this to anyone (unless they made me mad).
