I received the item and the magnetic clutch to engage the air compressor didn't work. Also the front panel wiring was all messed up and most of the air connections weren't hooked up. I called the number in the manual and no one picked up. I called Amazon and they sent a replacement unit. The second one had a broken air fitting, so I swapped one out from the first unit. Other than that it appears to work.

received and prepped for start up. on first pull the impeller ripped apart because the screws holding the pull cord cage were too long. the gen set and air compressor both did not function and I am unable to get a hold of customer service. but amazon sent out a replacment with no complications!
