5.0 out of 5 stars Good gun
The delivery was slow but the gun itself is great. It is all black and the important parts are metal. The red dot thing is a good replacement for the scope that doesn't come with it. The laser aimer is accurate and comes with 2 batteries. It comes with a bipod and a sling. The cocking mechanism cool and easy to do. Also it is quiet. The gun also shoots quietly and...

1.0 out of 5 stars Deceiving image
The product showed on Amazon.com by the seller graciebone is very deceiving. The item which is an airsoft rifle shows a scope is included but it is not in the package deal. It did not state it in the description of the item, but the picture/image shows it. There is even a description of scope from a closer view but again, it is not included with the gun...

The gun also shoots quietly and goes a good accurrate distance with .20g bbs. Assemblying the gun is simple if you follow the directions, you just have to put in 3 screws. Overall this is a great gun for sniping because it is accurate, quiet, and easy to aim with.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excelent For Sniping, March 10, 2007
Well, I originally ordered the Black UTG Black Sniper Rifle, but was out of stock at Air-Splat. Well, I could have waited 3-4 weeks or get the Green UTG OD Green Sniper Rifle that I had been thinking about ahead of time. So I sent a reply e-mail and they sent this rifle about 3 days later. The screws, you get some screws, now on the newer versions, the long screw that is supposed to go in the port behind the trigger, is not the long screw. You put in a short screw, well at least for me. I had tried to figure out what was wrong, finally decided to call them and they told me what to do.
Now to the Gun- Excelent. Definently get a scope if you plan on being a sniper. Also, have your friends wear good goggles and no bear skin. It will either bleed or nice a welt, and if thats cool with you, than by all means dont tell them untill its to late. The gun itself should only be used with .20g and up. Anything less will ruin the gun. With .20g you can easily punch through a unopened can of soda. The gun in a airsoft battle is a bit mixed. Personally, I stay back and take head shots at the other team's leaders and medics. With the bolt-action that you use, you can decide when you are going to relode. Also, you should also get alot of white .20g. With white .20g, you can adjust where you fire and get even more accurate shots.
Pros:
Very accurate
Very painful (could be con, depends on how you look at it)
Weighted well
Very intimidating looking

Cons:
A bit heavy for long games (But you should be moving anyways now should you?)
If you dont sight your scope (or dont even get one) there are no aiming sights, it would be a bit wasy to miss.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Gun, Great Price., April 1, 2007
Some people talk trash on this gun, and on how it's not upgradeable. First of all, if you can find a better gun for 85 bucks, I'd be amazed. Second of all, for just .89 cents, you can buy some teflon tape, and wrap up the hop-up receiver, boosting you another 70 fps. Search online for tutorials. Second, There is a tightbore barrel out, which will boost you only about 20 fps, but greatly increase your accuracy. UTG also has a drop-in cylinder upgrade coming out. So, there are upgrade, they just require manual labor, and you can't just buy them ready to go. If you're willing to put time into your gun, it'll be well worth it. I love this gun. I'm shooting about

5.0 out of 5 stars brutaly amazing, March 3, 2007
I obtained this magnificant airsoft gun in 2006. the bb, should be .20g or is innacurate, but with these bbs the gun is dead accurate and gave me a bloody cut and bruise on inpact when my friend hit me. don't get a scope if you don't know what you are doing it may be a mistake(same for any gun) best sniper with great value.

5.0 out of 5 stars WOW!, May 15, 2007
A Kid's Review
This UTG Master sniper is one of the best guns on the market..even for the price of $82! Everything on the gun except for the stock is metal...very durable and adds weight to the gun. The gun shoots around 320 feet per second with .2gram bbs VERY ACCURATLY! and you can increase accuracy by using .25 or .28. The coking is very simple..just pull up, back, up, and down ( sounds long but once good takes 2-3 seconds) The magazines hold 25 each so 50 total, but extra magazines can be purchased for $8 2 pack. Includes a metal, simple unfold-fold up bipod and sling. The only 1 problem is this gun is long and for many people its hard to wear a protective mask and still aim up against the shoulder...very great deal reccomend over any other spring gun..
Oh yes jlaughtry stop complaining you werent smart enough to handle the railing issue and dont put down every airsplat gun because of this...it turns off many ppl! grow up a lil bit

4.0 out of 5 stars pretty good, April 28, 2008
My main reasons for getting this gun were: one it wasn't expensive and two it had the power that I was looking for. When it arrived at my house it had a cracked stock due to misplaced counter-weights, but after repositioning them and wiping the excess lubricant off it didn't disappoint me. I have yet to dial in the hop up and scope, but I can hit a target the size of a small soccer ball, without using sights, from about 55 feet. All in all it seems like a pretty good gun to me.

I received this gun about 3 days ago from Airgun Depot. I love it a lot. It arrived in great condition. Sadly it doesn't come with a scope, but since you save a few extra bucks on this airsoft rifle, it should be easy to buy a scope and fit it onto the provided rail adapter. For the people who order this rifle, you can either buy a Red Dot sight (Leapers 1x40 Red Dot sight is great for this)or a rifle scope. The best kind of scope is the 4x32 scope. Any larger scopes should not be fitted because you will see past the effective range of the gun. If you buy the scope you have to spend a little time zeroing the scope to make the rifle effective on the "battlefield". A Red Dot sight is easier to dial in because it doesn't take much to get the red dot where the bb goes. So for people who order this rifle, be safe and have fun!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good overall airsoft gun, March 11, 2009
This is a good overall sniper rifle. Mine came with a scope that had easily adjustable zoom, and it was very easy to adjust the sights. Putting the gun together requires a little bit of patience, however, and it doesn't come with instructions (although there are some unclear ones on the side of the box). Being almost all-metal, it is dependable and hardy, but unless you're insanely strong, i would recommend being 13 or 14 years old, as if you are running around with it it will quickly fatigue you. Also, i would recommend using a side-arm, such as a spring or gas pistol in a holster,as sniper rifles are generally ineffective at close range, unless you are team killing, shooting turtles, or have mad skillz.
