New racks cost an arm and a leg. Our dishwasher is over 10 years old, but does a great job - and we don't want to replace it until it stops working. We put several thin coats on the worst spots and then let it dry overnight. All the repairs have held up - and no more rust spots on the dishes. The caps are great, just pop them over the ends and you're done.

Works great! Easy to apply and use. Rack looks new again. Can't wait to test how long it will last. Stuff dries pretty quickly so you need to work fast as you apply it. Fast delivery and came packaged in a unique protective "toilet paper like" spindle package. Bought a used dishwasher and with this repair kit, I saved over at least $200 doing my own refurbishment.

My dishwasher racks look like new. Didn't take long to use the repair product (kinda like applying fingernail polish). Putting a drop of vinyl repair in each cap like directions said went fast after a couple. They will never come off rack during wash cycle. You may want to wear a rubber glove on hand sqeezing cap (as you put a drop in it & let go & it 'sucks' drop of vinyl repair into cap). That was a little messy on fingers. I'm happy with product. Saved me alot of money instead of replacing racks.

I was very pleased with this product. It arrived much sooner than I expected, so that was a bonus! I used the caps not only the tines on my rack, but some of the cross bars on the bottom rack had rusted through. I used the product to cap off the broken rack and it worked beautifully. Great product, great service.

Never knowing this product existed, I was happy to see it on Amazon. Our daughter is apparently really rough on her DW thus I ordered this for her. Works great! Dealing with RuSan was a pleasure and I would surely buy from them again.

This is a great product and I only had to wait a couple of days before it was delivered. The caps went on really easy, the liquid vinyl serves as a lubricant. Another reviewer mentioned using latex gloves when putting the liquid vinyl into the caps, a good suggestion. Only one minor complaint, the liquid vinyl dried out before I was ready, but used it on a really hot day. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical about Uber Goop. Come on, the name itself sounds like a gimmick! But, out of curiosity, I went ahead and ordered it. When I arrived I put on the latex blue glove that accompanied the goop and went to work on my dishwasher basket. I put a drop in each cap and stuck it on each basket wire top. Then I put some goop directly on other worn spots on the basket. I let it dry overnight and ran the dishwasher the next day. Nothing came off or peeled away. It's now been more than a month and none of the repair areas are peeling, cracking or pulling away. And I run my dishwasher every night...hey, what can I say, I'm a guy. Why do dishes by hand when I have a huge device powered by a motor. The stuff really works! But caution. If you have a large amount of repairs, you may want to buy a couple of the goop bottles. It does start to thicken during the repair project. But I repaired about 30 tops and maybe 10 worn spots elsewhere before the bottle became unusable. Good stuff.

A couple of days after I applies the nice white caps to my diswasher I noticed a strange noise coming from my dishwasher. I got suspicious and started counting the white caps that I had applied. There were less than 10! They were all flushed down into the works of the dishwasher as food would be. It is about two weeks now and my dishwasher is still making noises. One time I opened my dishwasher to empty it and there was water still in the bottom. I had to put it on again to empty the water. I still do not know the fate of my dishwasher and even though I have it on a repair plan, if they take it apart and find all those caps that I applied, I don't know if it would be covered. The Uber Goop was probably a better option but I noticed that it got very thick and difficult to apply in a very short period of time. Over all it was not a good experience and I still may have a repair to my dishwasher in my future.

This is a great solution if your dish washer rack is rusting, but you are not ready to replace it since it is working well. I found this a great solution for a small price tag.
