liquid may be a better choice
I purchaced this product because the ads and other runners said that it helps to relieve soreness after hard workouts and allow you to hit it hard again the next day. I found this to be true and will continue to use udos oil. When I read the small print on the pill bottle, it said that 14 pills equal 1 tablespoon of oil. I weigh 200 lbs. and my max dose would be 4...

3 large capsules 3 times a day. still not the same amount of oil as a tablespoon.

I purchaced this product because the ads and other runners said that it helps to relieve soreness after hard workouts and allow you to hit it hard again the next day. I found this to be true and will continue to use udos oil. When I read the small print on the pill bottle, it said that 14 pills equal 1 tablespoon of oil. I weigh 200 lbs. and my max dose would be 4 tablespoons per day which would equal 56 pills per day. If I could swallow this many pills, they would be gone in about 4 days. I have been taking 8 per day and have noticed a difference. Next time I will get the liquid and add it to my oats and shakes.

I add 2 capsules to my oatmeal. I cut the tip off the end of capsule and squeeze it into my oatmeal. Helps lubricate mucles for work outs. Love it.

This product DID NOT lower my cholesterol, nor did it improve my ratio of good vs bad. Maybe for some blood types it will work, but not for me. I take Welchol for my cholesterol, in case any of you out there now of some sort of reaction between the two. I also WAS taking a statin, and stopped it due to pains, that is when I started taking the Udo's Oil with my Welchol. I took 6 pills of Udo's oil a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. For 2 1/2 months. No help. I am not wasting my money on this stuff any more. It did NOT improove my good chloresterol numbers.
