Introducing this product into your cats diet is like introducing new food. Slow and steady wins the race.You HAVE to go slow, upping the dose little by little till you get to about a teaspoon. This is a vegetarian product and doesn't have any meat in it to entice a cat to eat it. My cat would avoid her food after I attempted to give her a full teaspoon the first time. After giving her time to adjust, she eats with the same vigor she always has. I've found that she likes it better mixed with wet food rather than dry with olive oil. This product has a lot of good detox herbs, omega 3 and 6's, veggies, enzymes and has some vitamins, AND minerals. Did I mention it's organic, too? sounds like it has a lot of good ingredients, and my cats didnt seem to notice when i stirred it into their canned food... the vet said that i'm feeding them a good nutritional food so this isn't really necessary, but since i am overly protective of my cats i figured it cant hurt. only bought it 2 months ago though, so i cant speak to the long term effects yet
