I recently did a candida cleanse but my tongue was still white. Since I've been taking these my tongue is nice and pink. I seem to have less sensitivity of my gums as well. I really like these because they work.

I got these because of canker sores associated with braces. And I have not had any sores since using these, I don't know if it is just a coincidence or not. I probably had 5 or 6 in the previous 3 months. And after one month of using these (about 1 every other day on average) I have yet to have one. And as for the taste, they are really good tasting. I'm very picky about what I eat and I was a little anxious about how these would taste. I almost look forward to the end of a big meal because I know these are really healthy for me. As the previous reviewer stated, they need to be REFRIGERATED as soon as you receive them. They can usually last a few days unrefrigerated (lucky I have Amazon Prime).

These dissolve nicely in the mouth and help the condition I take them for. Would order again. Great price, too.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try this probiotic because I didn't put it in the fridge right away. There was no warning on the outer package, so I left it and came back to open it the next day. Please put this in the fridge as soon as you get it, or it will go bad :(
