Love this oil blend. I mix it with freshly squeezed lemon juice and garlic and pour on hot vegetables or salad. Light and delicious!

I started taking Udo's oil a few months ago, and a friend of mine told me that I look younger than I have in a while. I like the way I feel when I take it, as it nourishes all of my cells. I mix it in some juice to disguise the taste a little, but the benefits are well worth it. You will feel great, or at least you should. It's all the essential fatty acids your body needs in one bottle.

I have used Udo's oil for about 9 months now. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I used the oil in conjuction with a healthy 1200 calorie diet. The oil has helped boost my metabolism, which made loosing weight so much easier. I lost inches before I actually lost weight. I also notice my mental alertness is much better, my hair and finger nails grow much faster!
