4.0 out of 5 stars UFO In 3-D!, December 27, 2000
By
Edward Lopez (The Big Apple, NYC) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Ufo's Are Real...and Here's The Proof (Mass Market Paperback)
This is not really a review, although I did peruse the book. Reports of UFO sightings are interesting to read although one has to keep an open mind unless one was there also. What I want to point out to you is that you can see the UFO shown on pages 43/44 in 3-D if you have FREE VISION (the ability to join 3-D photos with your eyes without special glasses, and can be used with any two similar photos, as the above photos). The above two photos can be used as they are but if you have difficulty, look at the smaller blown-up versions joined under Photo 43 and you can see that they are good for 3-D viewing. There are three focus points: 1) the foliage in the foreground; 2) the UFO itself; 3) the hills in the distance. If the UFO was a hoax you wouldn't be able to get this 3-D imaging. You'd notice that something was wrong. But that's not a problem here. The only thing missing is a big enough blow-up to possibly see whatever detail the camera captured. I've written to Bruce Maccabee about this and I'm awaiting for his reply. If you want to discuss this or any other UFO-related topic, especially Lunar/Moon Anomalies you can e-mail me at skepticaled@webtv.net.

1.0 out of 5 stars UFOs ARE real...but there's no proof here., July 15, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Ufo's Are Real...and Here's The Proof (Mass Market Paperback)
This book is a work of fiction pretending to be science. Ed Walters continues where he left off in Gulf Breeze Sightings, trying to convince the reader the he was actually the witness to multiple UFO sightings, most occuring right at his house! How convenient. Maccabee tries to convince the reader that Walters is just too inept to be able to pull off a hoax while underplaying the fact that Walters was a successful building contractor in Florida. The camera he used to take the UFO pictures, a Polaroid, was the same camera he used everyday in his work. In addition, as a contractor he was familiar with measurement, size and distance; a talent that would facilitate creating a perfect UFO picture. There may have been UFOs in the Gulf Breeze area at the time..but the question begs to be answered...how did Ed Walters get 40, nearly perfect photos, of the UFO and no one else could manage to get one?

UFOs Are real...but this isnt the proof.
