Seriously, how can you go wrong with the official cleaner of Uggs when cleaning your Ugg boots? I watched a video on You Tube from Nordstroms on how to clean your boots with this cleanser. Helpful. Very helpful. The cleaner was effective and a little bit goes a long way. You're supposed to mix this with water before applying to the boots. You really don't need much cleanser...maybe a teaspoon per pair of boots. I made the mixture with a Tbs of the cleanser and had a bunch left over that I gave my mom to use to clean her Uggs. My gray Uggs look almost new. Now I just need to waterproof them for the upcoming season. I can't wait because I LOVE my Uggs.

I followed the instructions on this product to a T, even measuring to make sure that I used am mixture of exactly half water and half cleaning solution. But my Uggs are now worse than they were before I tried to clean them! I should have just left them alone! My Uggs are discolored and hard now! And in some areas of the boot it looks like the Sheepskin is still wet, but its just stained darker now from either the water or the solution, or both! If you do not have a major stain on your boots, I would suggest just leaving well enough alone and done even think about using this product. I will be calling the Ugg company to see what can be done and/or taking them back to Nordstrom because its outrageous that the actual UGG CLEANER, ruined my boots!

I used on my uggs which are about two years old. I think the product would be better on recently purchased uggs.It cleaned them up really nicely however they did not feel soft afterward. This makes me nervous because I don't the material to crack and peel away. Since the weather has been nicer I haven't worn them as much so I won't know if they will become softer again. Maybe some things are just better dirty.

I'm a bit superstitious about fading my Uggs, and as a result, I only use this cleaner. Any sort of cleaner will fade Uggs (or any sheepskin) slightly, but I've noticed this cleaner is the most gentle on the dyes. I would advise getting the entire Ugg cleaning kit if you haven't done so yet, but I go through this stuff much faster than the rest of it.

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to try this on my boots, but I had an old pair that have been worn through all sorts of mud, rain and snow. They looked pretty bad and I figured it couldn't get much worse, so I washed them with this cleaner and conditioner. They certainly don't look brand new, I didn't expect they would, but they do look 100% better!! I sprayed them with the UGG Water & Stain protector once they were dry. Brushed the nap up and the rains came...I wore the boots for the last three days walking on soaked ground and they are...not leaking at all! I'd decided to just toss them because they had been leaking so badly, I'm glad I tried the UGG products.
If you have suede boots try this on them. It worked great on my boots and if and when I need to wash my new UGG boots, I won't worry a bit.

I followed the detailed directions of cleaning my UGG boots to the letter. I am very pleased to say that all five of my boots in various colors, were cleaned to perfection by using this product. When they were cleaned, I inserted a few balled-up newspapers inside each boot and allowed them to dry normally. The end result is that they now look as good as if I'd just purchased them. The amount of money I saved in cleaning the boots with this product, was worth the minimal effort.I couldn't be more pleased.

I mixed a few tablespoons of solution with a few tablespoons of water; used a washcloth & scrubbed my Uggs in a circular motion. They cleaned up beautiful! Great Product and would recommend to anyone.
