Oh, we love Peaco! And the bigger the better. I think the felty looking but very soft to the touch material Uglies are made of is just wonderful, it reminds us of washed fleece perhaps. Our big Uglies serve as comfy pillows as well. And yes, the pink is a heathered pink, but there really is nothing "bleh" about it.

Interesting creature, not quite pink!,

This review is from: Ugly Doll 2-Ft Peaco (Toy)
My son calls this his "alien" doll, due to its interesting mutant features. He likes it, but I'm not so hot on it.
It's our first Ugly Doll, and if I had been able to see it in person before buying it, I might have passed. Hope that statement isn't heresy to loyal Ugly Doll owners, but I thought that for the price, the quality should be way better. The material feels unsatisfying and is not as soft as the material on many modern stuffed animals/creatures. It kind of reminded me of felt. On top of that, the pink is not quite pink! In pictures, the doll looks like a bright Pepto-Bismol pink, but in reality the pink body has what looks like a blue tinge running through it, making it look almost pre-used (dirty). Altogether, the body, white eyes, and blue tongue are rather bland in tone, kind of "bleh." The doll is very stiff and flat. I wouldn't call it cuddly or approachable even. I give it three stars only because my son doesn't seem to mind its faults, but I'll mind for him, seeing as I paid for it and the maturity of my years allows me to recognize when a product is more hype than substance. From a creative standpoint, the doll is fine. But quality-wise, I'm disappointed.
