As of now (Mid-August 2011), the prices are identical, $94.99. No money is saved with the older version, so there is no reason not to get this new version.

Not to me it isn't. Gotta do a bunch of extra updates is all. Not worth the $20 unless someone is a little lazy.

I think there are some people would would pay a little extra for SP1 to be installed from the get-go. It gives them less hassle when they have to reinstall.
