Excellent, authentic Ukrainian cooking,

I bought this DVD for a good Ukrainian friend of mine. I've heard very good feedback from her, and the best of all is to share a stuffed pike dish with her which she had cooked following the DVD. It is amazing, it is also a very complicated recipe, but the chefs made a wonderful demonstration.
I haven't gone through the entire DVD myself, but I read some of the attached recipes, and they are very clear and detailed. My friend also said the renderings are authentic. If you want to try some Ukrainian cooking, don't miss out on this one!

Well done Ukrainian recipes,

I got this as a set with Russian gourmet cooking DVD with the intension of trying out some of the food my girlfriend used to cook for me when I used to visit Ukraine. Some of the recipes like the roasted duck and stuffed Pike are hard to re-create. I loved making Paska. Also the chicken Kiev came out well. Video is excellent with good narration in English language.
