I am very unhappy with Amazon's service - I placed the order for a used copy of the book but when I saw the cost of the postage I cancelled the order the same day. The bookseller was very prompt in acknowledging and then cancelling my order but when my Credit Card statement came thru I found that I had been charged for the service, even though the payment and refund went thru the same day. When I quered this with the bookseller he told me he had given me a full refund but Amazon had charged him and then me, even though a transaction did not go through - I never got a reply to my query about this from Amazon.
