Though Caroline Spector has yet to publish a book entailing Serpent Isle, Ultima 8, and Ultima 9, this book is perfectly suited towards its original purpose. It provides handy maps, goods tables, and a straightforward walkthroughs to the Black Gate as well as Ultma Underworld 1, and also the first small parts of Serpent Isle and Underworld 2. I particularly enjoyed reading the novelized walkthroughs, as well as the introductions by Richard Garriott and Lord British. Now if she'd just release another one, I could get out of Pagan....

If you are an ultima fan, this book is a must, it has great stats for weapon damages, maps, and more. Tells the story of Ultima Underworld, and Ultima 7 is story form, through the eyes of the avatar.
