Decent book. It hits the high spots on a lot of issues, but does not go into any great detail. I would be careful about relying on it too much because of the constantly changing accounting and tax laws.Overall, it is a handy reference, and a good book to have on the shelf for accountants. It sure beats getting out the old college text book.
