1.0 out of 5 stars A "Clintonized Version" of Reptiod Abductions, January 2, 1999
This review is from: The Ultimate Alien Agenda: The Re-engineering of Humankind (Paperback)
Perhaps it is fitting that Dr. Walden suggests that our "Fearless Leader," appropriately nick-named "Slick Willie," (an appropriateness that is particularly evident in this book) is a "fellow alien hybrid" of the Serpentine ilk. Dr. Weldon, having attended the same church frequented by Dr. Rich Boylan, "just knows that the energy of Reptilian intelligence is similar to human sexual energy. It feels the same." Gosh! Why didn't we all realize that Monica and Bill were just intellectualizing?

The "source" of this naive "Treatise" reveals itself over and over in the ego-centered "self-reference" of "Old Big Head," and in such passages as: "He helped me discover my true identity [...] Then, something unexpected happened. My physical tongue swelled up, as if it was being inflated. I could barely speak. 'My tongue... it's quite large! [...] My enormous tongue was darting in and out...'" And we thought Ken Starr's transcripts were explicit!

All kidding aside, it is hard to believe that Barbara Bartholic allowed herself to be takne in by this prepubescent, ego-drivel which would be pathetic enough if one considered just the style and presentation which is somewhat akin to "Whad did I do last summer between 5th and 6th grade? I got abducted and raped! By Reptoid Aliens! OOooh! I was scared at first... but after I knew how GOOD it was! Now I just can't wait for them to come again!" You would think that Barbara would have learned something from her association with "Karla" i.e. those who DON'T adopt the "party line" don't survive. But, on the other hand, maybe she DID learn...

Spend your time and money on Dr. David Jacob's book, "The Threat." Unless you just want to see how easy it is to swallow lies when they are sandwiched between sweet and sticky truths...

2.0 out of 5 stars The Aliens Might Be Making Me Write This, February 1, 2002
By
Terrie (Little Chute, WI USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Ultimate Alien Agenda: The Re-engineering of Humankind (Paperback)
I've studied the UFO/alien subject for almost 30 years and I was aware of it and curious about it for far longer. I read material on the subject because every now and then I learn a new piece of the puzzle and can relate it directly to my personal experiences with unexplained high strangeness. I am a bit suspect of Llewellyn Publications/FATE Magazine to begin with because I feel they have a tendency to the sensationalistic and aren't overly concerned with documentation. Having said that, I did buy a copy of this book even though like so many big hairy tales of "shocking" material it is printed on cheap ragstock seemingly to make the most money possible off the sale of the book. I found a couple of interesting parallels to my own curious and unexplained experiences. I found food for thought within its pages but mostly I thought it was an exercise in imagining, brain-storming or free form associating strange experiences with conjecture and wildly far-fetched assumptions and theories. James Walden's experiences can't be dismissed out of hand just by saying they're too weird and I'm NOT saying that. I can give him the benefit of the doubt that these things he describes are true from his perspective. The idea that they are too alien for our human intelligence to comprehend or that we as humans are too fully manipulated by aliens to really know what's going on could be true but that argument makes the whole point of a book or a study on the subject moot in the first place. Dr. Walden experienced a childhood rape, experienced a life-long problem with obsessive love fantasies and is a homosexual man from a conservative state. Those factors may be the result of being manipulated and posessed by interdimentional alien beings or by being a hybrid alien (hulien) but it occurs to me that it could also be the other way around and a troubled child could have grown into a troubled man who explains his troubles by blaming them on the manipulations of aliens from a different dimension. I think it would be arrogant and unkind for me to dismiss his experiences but there is way too much speculation in this book that is reported as though it is fact. I think there is far too much reliance on psychic revelation, hypnotic recall and plain old BS sessions between people with strongly vested interests in the conclusions that are expressed in this book. It's an interesting and easy short read and you may aid your own investigations as I did by checking it out, but please keep an objective mind and in my opinion, yes, it's ok to laugh like hell if you feel like it.

4.0 out of 5 stars A great start but questionable on the details., April 8, 2001
This review is from: The Ultimate Alien Agenda: The Re-engineering of Humankind (Paperback)
I've been a UFO 'believer' for a long time and I can accept Reptoid aliens existing but one thing he might consider. What if instead of Reptoids creating Humans as many seem to claim right now, what if Reptoids were created by Humans long ago in Atlantis or Lemuria before the great flood? Reptilian physiology is well suited to working in spaces too toxic and difficult for humans as well as it's adaptability to long range deep space travel as Boulay mentions in "Flying Serpents.." Now suppose after the ancient humans create them "nature" takes over and the Reptoids become gradually more intelligent and numerous to the point they rebel against their human masters or just escape into space. Now let's suppose after the world flood when humans have reverted back to hunting/gathering and have forgotten the past the reptoids decide to come back and people worship them as "serpent gods". Naturally some of these reptoids feeling full of themselves decide to give man "sacred texts" like the Enuma Elish, Vedas etc... trying to fool man into thinking they are his creator when the opposite is the truth! Humans made a mess of this planet back in Atlantis and they're doing it again. Logically it seems reptilianism is the next logical stage in Evolution as the planet heats up from global warming and we seek to take off into deep space.
