Customer Reviews

At the range, It was easy to set up and seems to hold zero after firing 200 rounds.

Nice clean design, easy to sight and the Red or Green 4 Reticle Dot make a great choice for shooting, Thanks Global Sportsman.
Tom
The sight portion which mounts on the base (which in turn mounts to the rail) can be moved left/right very easily.

For a 30 dollar red dot I cannot complain. I would definitely buy again.

I have a $100 red dot at home, and the only differences between the two that I can tell is...

The parallax compensation is not perfect when the reticle leaves the middle half of the lens. With a more expensive brand the parallax compensation is good almost out to the edge.

The lens is plastic instead of glass.

Bottom line is, for the price, I love this reflex sight. I have it mounted on my 12 gauge shotgun and it seems to hold zero just fine. If I could return my $100 reflex for this one I would.

Bought this for my Winchester 1300 defender pump shotgun. Was quite surprised to get a full metal item, as I have found a large number of "gun" accessories on amazon are more for the air soft and BB crowd. Being a shotgun, I needed something that could handle the brute force. Threw this on the receiver rail, fired a shot at about 25 feet, and another at 50 feet, adjusted the windage a bit, a good positive click and elevation two clicks and it was spot on. I then fired over 100 rounds of buck shot and #00 and this holographic sight stayed on zero. Since this was a defense shotgun test, I cannot claim how accurate it is for anything beyond that 50ft, but even at 100ft it was still in the area I was pointing. Did this around noon through 5pm in the desert and could easily see the red cross and the green one... Though the green one was much better during the day. The only thing I would recommend is to always have a set of replacement batteries for this in your range bag, just in case you accidentally leave it on too long.

Mount is the standard type seen on others in this price range and up to about $100. Seems to use some 2 sided tape to hold some of it together. Paralaxing is pretty extreme (see video). Nice open sight picture and dot size/brightness options.

Put this a Ruger MK III, handles the low recoil well enough to hold accuracy. I use it for Steel Challenge. Took me from 3.11 secs open sights to 2 secs flat on my best round. When the reticle is changed between the four patterns, you have to sight it in again. If you go back to the reticle patern you sighted in at, you will be ok. So in other words, pick a reticle and stick with it. The image is ok for clarity. Mine is a little lopsided. For the price, I would buy another for low recoil calibers. If you want a Trijicon or Burris, go get a Trijicon or Burris. You get what you pay for and I am happy with this product.

All Metal Body construction. Easy mount on Pickatiny rail. For the price you will not be disappointed. Mounted on Mossberg 500. Shot 50 rounds of game load through it, got used to it and it worked like a charm. Then shot 10 slugs through it and it stayed right were I locked it. Was dead on at 175Yards, grouped in a 2ft square. (Winchester ,2-1/4, 1600fps, hallow point, riffled sluggs)

To the gentlemen with the worst review placed at the top. Did you lock the locking screws for Windage and Elevation? Cause if my Shotty doesn't knock this thing off firing sluggs, I don't understand how your 9 moved the sighting.

This is an awesome buy for the price, I am going to pick another up for my 22lr dressed in assault furniture. The seller I used was awesome, supper fast shipping, no problems with the product.

Thanks Amazon love shopping here...

I put this on my Beretta 9mm CX4 and it worked like a dream - sighted it in with a bore sighter and for the next 599 rounds of ammo it was dead on. I will update this after another 500 to see if it stays sighted it.

i have this on my Beretta U22 Neos (22lr pistol), and it works very well. the low recoil of 22 ammo doesn't seem to affect the sights zero setting. Sighting it in was a big of a pain because you really have to turn the adjusting screws quite a bit for the sight to change (vs say 1/4 turn adjustments). overall i really enjoy shooting with it and feel it compliments my gun well.
