We have a dog that sheds like crazy, two kids, and a lifestyle that just seems to attract dirt. We used Swiffer products for a short time, but got tired of buying expensive refills and found this system. We use it all the time now. The floor cleaning solution works well, but the best part is the sturdy mop with removable microfiber pad. We use it to mop the kitchen and bathroom every night and it works very, very well--it gets the floor clean, then you either rinse it off or toss it in the wash. We've had ours for going on two years and haven't had to replace the pads yet. We bought this system for relatives and they liked it so much they bought another one for their other house.

Instead of the refresher, a 32 oz. bottle of polish was included. Being a novice, I followed Bona's

instructions and used

the polish on my brand new beautiful Robbins oak floor. My once beautiful floor is now clouded with a milky film and

I am sick about it. I understand I can not use the refresher once the polish has been applied. Wish I had read all the

reviews before I trusted Bona. M. Grace and Wen Y. Ku are correct! One review said they called the company with the

same complaint and were told to give

the floor a second coat of polish. This made their floor worse so I am not about to try that. Any suggestions of how to

get this polish off so I can buy and use the refresher which got good reviews?

I am so disappointed and upset.

Why would Bona continue to substitute polish for refresher in a $59.95 kit that clearly describes 32 oz. of refresher but

in fact contains no refresher.

This company needs to be more sensitive to customer observations and help with problems that their polish creates

on expensive new hardwood flooring.

This product did an amazing job on my wood floors. They are old and in need of refinishing so I did not have high hopes. The cleaning product worked so great that I went on a cleaning spree and did my whole house in one night! I have a big drooly messy dog and this cleaned up all of his dried slobber around his food area easily without having to scrub. We had put our house on the market so I wanted to get the floors to look as nice as they could. The finishing product worked well too. Of course my floors didnt look brand new or anything, but at least now I can wear my white socks and not worry about them getting filthy. Another thing I was amazed with is the fact that the cleaning product had NO SMELL. I didnt have to worry about opening up windows or getting a headache. The finishing product had a mild smell, but nothing compared to other products on the market. Plus, this product is environmentally friendly and pet friendly. I will be a lifetime user. Worth every penny!

Please note that there really is no Bona refresher included but a 32 oz. of Bona polish. The vendor should correct the product info!! I will buy a bottle of refresher tomorrow to get the work started.

This hardwood floor care system includes 32 oz Bona Polish NOT the Bona Refresher contrary to the product description. Also, it includes two bottles of cleaner: 32 oz spray and 64 oz refill.

I wanted the Refresher. Note that you can't use the Refresher product if you put Polish on your floors. For me, a big reason to not want the Polish.

So I returned it and I'll be getting the products I want individually.

I wanted my floors to look 99.97% as when I bought them and stop having thoughts of sadness and disappointment for a floor that being only 2 year's old, already looked bitterly dull. Using the Bona Hardwood floor cleaner made it happen for me. I used it last week on my Thomasville Makata Walnut Finish, instead of the "cleaning" and "shining" products like orangeglo and another which I can't recall right now. (I will post its name later)
The results were AMAZING, and now my floor looks like it should, rich, shiny, deep dark wood-chocolate colors, smooth and fresh even when the light is reflecting on it.
Absolutely recommend it. I won't buy anything else. I will keep enjoying my beautiful floors (and investment).

This system is great. I thought it would be hard to use (spraying and mopping the whole floor), but it was easy and fast. And my floors shine beautifully now. Not a slick waxy looking shine, but enough that my floors look and feel really clean! The stuff is all easy to clean, just throw it in the washer and your ready for the next use! Enjoy!

My oak hardwood floors are 20 years old and really need to be refinished, but thought I would try this system. This system works great. It restored shine to the floors that lasts quite a while without having to refinish the floors. Would highly recommend this system and will purchase again when I run out.

We love these Bona products. Originally, we only used the floor cleaner - which was great. But now that we have tried the Polish we are completely hooked. Plus, I am getting rid of all of the Swiffer clothes and will start only using the Bona dust mop head. The products are safe and great for the environment. And of course, they make our floors looks clean and shiny.

I used this cleaning system for the first time today. The cleaning and polishing solutions work really well. The directions for the polish tell you to apply with the grain of the wood, but since my floor is a basketweave pattern, I needed to use a little more water on the applicator to get better coverage.
The only downside to this kit is that I had to keep tightening the sections of the mop handle, since counter-clockwise rotation loosens it. But you could use any mophead that had Velcro to attach the pads to.
