I think if I did this everyday, I WOULD have the ultimate body!
So here's how the DVD breaks down... You have two choices for your cardio. There's Boot Camp (jumping jacks, hops, squats, jogging) and Kickboxing (punches, kicks, etc). For each type of cardio, you can pick from two 20 min workouts and one 30 min workout. Each also has an additional 8 - 9 min ab workout. For strength training, you can choose from upper body (7 min), lower body (9 min), or abs (8 min). There also is a 25 min ultimate ab workout that combines the strength, kickboxing, and boot camp ab workouts into one. It's nice to be able to have a little variety in your workouts and also adjust your workout length. The instructor is very good at cueing and reminding you about proper form. The only complaint I would have is that her voice occasionally gets kinda high-pitched and shrill. But usually she keeps it down. The music is just a generic dance beat sort of thing that is in the background. I really love this DVD! The cardio gets you sweating and goes fast. The strength training is thorough and quick. When you are done you FEEL like you have worked out! I can't wait to whip my body into shape so I can move on to the Ultimate Body Challenging Workouts!

Im a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. I train clients at the gym or at home and I am always looking for fitness products that I can recommend that my clients use at home.
This DVD is great for many reasons, most notably the amount of variety. Often times the excuse I hear is I just dont have enough time, which is utter nonesense. While every trainer preaches about making fitness a part of your lifestlye, yours truly included, its important to have variety, especially on days when your super busy or your body needs a lighter or recovery workouts from pervious days. This DVD has that and more. The weight training and cardio sessions are immacultely done and the ab exercises will have your stomach burning. Id say this is a well addition to any home library and supplements just about any workout. Highly recommend along with Ultimate Body Challenging Workouts for Weight Loss.!

I purchased this DVD to try some different type of exercise (I use another title from this company which I love, so I picked this one up)
I had not done kickboxing/aerobic style before, and to me this DVD is perfect. There is a wide selection of types of routines - cardio kickboxing, cardio bootcamp & cardio strength training (all of which have various versions of Ab workouts if you want to do theem) with a selection of times and variety. Meghan is encouraging without being overly so (once in ahwile during a routine she will have encouraging words, but it is not a constant barrage - her voice also rises once in awhile during routines, but not too much and it is to be expected when a person is working out and providing instruction) So if you are looking for one DVD that has a good variety of workouts, this is one should consider. I will probably pick up the more Challenging one at some point, and my only caveat is if you are expereinced with these types of exercises, the Challenging one may be better, though I have not seen it yet.

This DVD offered a lot more than I expected, but Im defintely not complaining. The workouts get your heart rate up and pumping and I was sweating bullets. Lots of kicks, squats, punches, and various strenght training exercise. Makes you feel like your at the gym. Lots of variety. Id say you probably won't regret owning this one.

I picked up this DVD after checking out a review in the Los Angeles Times. The Times had raved about how much variety was on the DVDs so I figured what the heck. Ive been trying to get back in shape for a while, and this DVD certaintly helped jump start my weight loss. Ive dropped about 10 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks and feel more energized than I have in years. Im able to workout before work and or use the DVD when traveling on business. Programs are great for beginners. Highly recommend!

The reason I bought this DVD was for the multitude of workouts that I heard were available, I figured I probably wouldnt have to go out and purchase another DVD anytime soon, and it seemed like a good value.
The instructor has that bubbly fit personality, and the workouts are tough, I mean I was sweating all over the place, I thought it was a bit tough at first but then again I havent exercised in ages and over time my body has adjustment and I have switch to the the 60 minute workouts.

I loved the many variations contained on the DVD. The instructor Meghan takes you through some heart pounding workouts ranging from 15-60 minutes, which is perfect for when I cannot get a traditional full day workout. I defintely recommend the DVD.

I picked up this DVD because I tried a few from same company and it looked interesting. Like the others, it offers a variety of workouts so you can switch things up and not get bored within a few weeks. It really got my heart pumping and I felt good afterwards. The instructor encourages you as you go but doesn't constantly badger you, which is something that irrates me about other videos. I hope after a while I'll be able to use the Ultimate Body Challenging workouts!

This is the second DVD I bought from this company and Ive been very impressed with the multitude of workouts they offer. The instruction is precise and detailed oriented especially for the beginner.
I use this along with Pilates for Weight Loss and the weight has been dropping off to the tune to 20 pounds. The value is excellent for what you receive.

Quick Jump Start to Gettin Back in Shape,

I picked up this DVD on a whim, but boy was I glad I made this purchase. I havent workout in years and needed somethin that could help me ease into a workout, yet be just as challenging as an aerobics class or workout with a personal trainer. This is it! This DVD has everything and the greatest feature is how easy I can customize workouts to fit into my sometimes hectic schedule.
