I purchased this pull up bar because it comes with the suspension straps. There is no cheaper way to get both. I weight 170lbs and the straps support me while doing full body weight dips (I can only do 5 so far) The straps also work with my dip bar for ring push ups. Now I can do dips, pull ups, push ups, body weight rows and for a real challenge I do one-armed body weight rows.

The pull up bar assembled in only a few minutes with the tools included and is just as sturdy and well built as other similar bars I've tried.

I do not have much room for exercise equipment so this product with all the various exercises possible is a good solution for my workout needs. The addition of the suspension strap gives me a more balanced workout that is very challenging.

Everything works just as describer and even better it comes with extensions that will make it fit on virtually any one door frame. Really good product, easy to assemble, and the hang clamps are a nice addition.

assembly is quick. i have been using this for several weeks and have been surprised how strong it is. the straps are a bit short. this week i bought quick release tie downs to feed the straps through for extra length and adjustment. it is going to be a while before i will be doing a bunch of pull ups, but the bar works well for having a suspension strap set up in your home. with commuting, getting to the gym to lift iron has been difficult. the bar and straps have made a very good body weight platform.

The combo pull up bar with straps rocks. The bars and strap went together in less than 15 minutes. The straps were the deal breaker because of the extra exercises you can do. Not many people can do more than a couple pull ups, including myself. If you can only do a couple then you are not going to get a good workout. The straps help adapt the pull up exercise into an exercise that is the right resistance for me.



Two weeks in and I can already see it working. All I've been doing is a few sets of modified pull ups, wide grip push ups using the pull up bar and body weight squats three times a week. I've lost 6 pounds. Pants are fitting better and the belly isn't sticking out over the belt quite as much. Sweet. I am thinking about buying a second one some my wife and I can workout at the same time.



One note: Just like all the other doorway pull up bars. Make sure your door is the right dimensions. This pull up bar works on my bedroom door and my smaller closet door. I have a large door size opening between my living room and kitchen that has door trim, but it is too wide for the bar.

The first picture of this product shows the guy doing dips. However, as soon as you start doing dips you'll immediately notice that your arms rub uncomfortably (and eventually painfully) against the straps.

Beware of this product it is cheaply made and not worth the price. I have seen products like this priced lower. It also does not fit on older home door casings.

My guy had this on his wish list. He was very glad it was under the tree. All I needed was somebody to install if for him.
