These pushup rings give pushups a whole new meaning, as they work the arms and the core better than standard pushups. And check out the divebombers to really work the pecs and forearms. Kudos to whoever decided to turn dumbbell flies upside down so we could target the same muscles (and more) without the dumbbells!

I got the package deal of UBP and the rings. I am 6ft tall and 200lbs. One of my rings broke after a few weeks of use. I had a little trouble with the customer service aspect, but eventually everything was worked out, and I received my replacement rings in a very timely manner. Overall I am very happy with the UBP, and will note if any problems arise with the new rings I was given. My initial rating was a 1, but due to clearing up the miss communication and getting replacements I rate a 3.75/5.00 overall. I would definitely recommend the UBP to a friend.

I am just forwarding on an informational video about this new product.

I use this product for pullups. It's very solid and works very well. I get a better workout because once I'm unable to do anymore normal pullups, I use the rings with my feet on the ground at an angle and I can do several more.

Purchased these rings after purchasing the Ultimate Body Press pull up bar. I wanted to be able to do body weight pull ups and push up and tricep exercises. They are easily adjustable to perform many exercises. My grandsons also had fun with them as well.

these things are heavy duty. with them i can use my pullup bar to do dips and inverted rows. makes the pullup bar much better.

Considering the price this are nice! They will improve your home gym greatly. Using this for dips or for planks will do wonders for your overall strength!

I received the push up rings and the portion that latched onto the dip itself is rather impressive. Yet, I am not to sure about the straps itself. As the weeks go by, I will be better equiped to rate this item. For now, I hope they don't break & I fall on my face.
