This is a well organized lesson offering many good techniques for countering your opponents attacks. I am a mixed martial arts fighter and Coach Getz knows his stuff he has really helped my stand up game,,,, a good tutorial.

I found these tapes to be very basic in boxing techniques and not very well organized nor logical to its approach to proper boxing instruction. There are much better tapes on the market and your money would best be spent there, instead of these rudimentary boxing instructional videos.
