Where else can you find such excellent value offered by this 5 CD boxset which is packed with great piano classics and featuring outstanding artists such as Vladimir Ashkenazy, Alicia de Larrocha, Julius Katchen, Joseph Cooper, Radu Lupu, Ivan Davis, Shura Cherkassky, Jorge Bolet etc.

It's 5 hours of sheer listening pleasure which includes all time favourites such as Beethoven's Fur Elise, Moonlight Sonata, Chopin's Nocturne no 2 in E flat op 9, Heroic, Grande valse brillante, 12 Etudes, op 10 no 3 in E "Tristesse", Mozart's Piano Sonata no 11 in A K331 "Alla Turca", Brahms' Hungarian Dance, Dvorak's Humoresque, Debussy's Arabesque no 1 etc.

There are also the popular Thekla Bardarzewska's The Maiden's Prayer, Isaac Albeniz's Espana op 165-2 Tango, Enrique Granados' Spanish Dance, Camille Saint-Saens' Le Carnaval des Anemaux-Le Cygne and much much more. This is truly an Ultimate Classical Piano collection at a great price.

If you intend to simply play the CDs and get composer and title from the box this is a good value. If you intend to rip this to a digital format like wma or mp3 don't buy it unless you are prepared to re-type all the meta data. Meta data like composer and title is incomplete and or inaccurate.

I gave this to my mom-n-law for Chrstmas and she loved it. I got it because I saw that it had the best of the best. Debussy, Erik Satie, and a lot of others that are so glorious but I'd hate to even attempt to spell their names. It has over 6 hrs and it came quickly and in mint condition. I am very pleased especially since it was so inexpensive. It's amazing that you can find the best music for less.

This has to be the best deal out there. I was looking for an introductory set of classical piano, and this was perfect. The sound is good, and the selections are fantastic. Nice set!

I bought it for my 4-year-old son to listen in our car when driving. Hopefully he will play piano well in the future.
