As of this posting Amazon lists ONLY the contents from disc one of this two-disc set. So, contrary to what some other reviewers wrote, this is a pretty darn 'ultimate' collection. My only disappointment was that it has the 1973 live version of "Let Us Love," Bill's Christmas single, instead of the original 1972 studio version (which - to my knowledge - has never been issued on CD).
BTW, the b-side of that Christmas single, "The Gift Of Giving," can be found on Smooth Grooves: Sensual Christmas.

Bill Withers, a master of sorts, shares with us this wonderful collection of soulful songs he created through decades. The entire collection is truly 'music' to my ears.

i don't know if it's just me, but, does this NOT seem like the 'ultimate' Bill Withers collection...there are 5 must have songs to be considered 'ultimate'...of course, 'lean on me' and 'just the two of us' are standard fare, but 'Use Me', 'Ain't No Sunshine' and 'Better Off Dead' must be there as well, otherwise it's just not complete...
(and i have seen most 'hits' packages do not contain the classic 'better off dead', which is a shame, because, it was such a powerful song, especially the ending, which, i won't give away...you'll just have to find it for yourself...somewhere else...)

i have enjoyed bills ability to create wonderful story in his music. I think i own most of then. but there is one missing on CD cant find it BILL WITHERS + JUSTMENTS CAN YOU HELP?
