The best of excellence,
By phlips "musical 1" (Cleveland Oh) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Ultimate Collection (MP3 Download)
I first stumbled upon Michael's music with his very first album, bought by accident(?) and I've been hooked ever since. This is a collection of some of his very best work. Michael has a true gift of ministry in being able to take Scripture and put it into enjoyable music. I have learned much of my Bible from first listening to him.
This is a truly excellent collection.

Michael Card's music is life-changing,

This review is from: Ultimate Collection (Audio CD)
I started listening to Michael Card's music when my children were little. We saw him in person the first time when my son was 8 (now 33). My son and daughter grew up listening to his music, which is the most biblically sound music you could hope for. I own every CD he ever made!

Pastor and Prophet...thru his music and lyrics,
By
This review is from: Ultimate Collection (Audio CD)
Michael Card, through his artistry, has been more like a pastor and prophet to me. His music moves you in the direction of his lyrics which are inspired by his knowledge and experience of God's word.
I had the privilege to see him perform once in Boulder, Colorado, at a small church that was packed. For the encore he sang a lullaby to wish the audience full of the Father's children 'good night sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite' ;) BTW, the picture of him playing guitar isn't reverse flipped...he's left handed (strums/picks with left, fretboard with right), but he doesn't re-string the guitar, so he really has his own unique way of using the fretboard.
