This is the best compilation of Mr. Faith's orchestrations I have seen yet. Some of the music on this CD I have heard on easy listening radio stations in the 1970s that I have not seen released on CD until this set came out, such as the lush and velvety rendition of Burt Bacharach's tune "Always Something There to Remind Me", with great strings and brass. This is a great set and well worth the money.

This collection is worthy of SIX stars! This is the most enjoyable, highest-quality Percy Faith collection I have seen. Not only is the collection about as "Ultimate" as you could desire, it brings back in glorious stereo quality some of my favorite albums. The various tracks from his "Young Lovers" series are utterly fantastic!!

we have a easy listening station called wktz and it's also on the internet at www.jones.edu and they have been on the air since 1964 and my folks always had it on when they weren't playing the vast record and reel to reel collection my dad had. and you heard a lot of percy faith and others as you do today on the station. I bought this set because every song you still hear on the radio station here so now i have a nice collection for myself. So if you like to hear some good easy listening music and can't find it go on the internet to the web site i have here and enjoy and they also list the songs playing and the artist.

This is a CD you don't mind listening to over and over. It is ideal when you have company in the house or when you want to relax.

I have now ordered this album TWICE from ImportsCds and both came packaged with TWO disc 1's and NO disc 3. They keep telling me to send it back and that there is no way to check quality assurance. Obviously, the factory has screwed up but the company won't take responsibility to make it right.
Stay away.

I really ordered this collection for CDs 2&3. Percy Faith provided the music for many chart topping vocal songs. Later he played the music for instrumental hits of his own. So, many of these songs are the instrumental portion and I really like the catchy tunes. You will probably recognize a lot of hits from the 1960s.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful CD. I wish music was still out there that was this good. There is not, it's all disappearing.

great source of percy faith's easy listening relaxing music. the only great percy faith song missing from collection is theme from "moulin rouge"
