5.0 out of 5 stars A concise overview of safe and effective creatine use, July 17, 2003
This review is from: The Ultimate Creatine Handbook: The Safe Alternative for Healthy Muscle Building (Paperback)
The role of nutritional supplements in building muscle and increasing strength is complex and sometime controversial. The Ultimate Creatine Handbook: The Safe Alternative For Health Muscle Building focuses on the positive role of creatine to build strength and muscle tissue, improve sports performance, speeding work out recovery time, boosting energy production, its role as an anti-aging supplement, and more. Certified clinical nutritionist and chiropractic sports practitioner Joseph A. Debe (who was also a former weight lifter), with the assistance of health and nutrition writer Donna Caruso, provides a concise overview of a nutritional supplement that is a safe and effective alternative to the dangers of anabolic steroids. If you are involved with body building and other physically demanding and body stressing athletic activities, then give a close and careful reading to The Ultimate Creatine Handbook.
