I love these headphones! The volume is great, the in-ear size is great, and they come with a handy little carrying case. My last pair of headphones broke because they got squished or bumped around by other things in my bag, but that won't happen now. Also, I had trouble finding in ear headphones that fit my ears. I'm actually using the medium size and it's perfect. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will keep this company in mind if I ever need more headphones.

I love these things. I can't wear regular ear buds because they don't fit on or in my ear comfortably. These give decent noise cancellation of outside noises, yet keep the music you want to listen to at a tolerable level. I will admit I turn my ipod up as loud as I can at times but I'm finding that I'm also turning it down more as i get used to them. The only thing I don't like and it's really minor is that I can't find replacement tips for them. I'm always looseing things and it would be nice to have a place to go to get more.

Poor Quality for a high cost,

For the price of these earbuds, I expected a higher quality earbud. They are not horribly expensive, but when they last for 3 months, price is not conducive to replacing every three months. They worked well while they functioned and fit the children well. The children, ages 5 and 9, received these in Sept for birthday presents and used them almost daily under watchful eyes, never abusing them. Last week the purple pair stopped working on one side and the blue pair ceased functioning all together. I have since replaced with a pair of Radius Atomic earbuds. They do not have the volume control these have, but they fit pretty well and last longer. I have had a pair for a year and they are as good as new. Very dissapointed with the lifespan of these earbuds.

Ear buds for small ears,

I love these ear buds! I've spent almost $100 on ear buds in the past, only to find they're too large to fit my ears comfortably. These fit perfectly. Not only that, they are fashionable enough to make me fit in with the students I teach!

I have been using these headphones for over a year. The are made for little kids so they can't go ridiculously loud but I don't play my music too loud. They are perfect if you don't want to loose or have your kids loose their hearing.

We've gone through at least a dozen pairs, and I buy them 3-4 at a time. At $10 each, I don't care that they don't last all that long. My kids are really rough with them, but as long as I don't have to worry about them harming their hearing by playing music too loud I'll keep buying them.If you are already a little hard of hearing, you may find that you need to crank up the volume which reduces the battery life on your mp3 player.

These ear buds perform just as advertised. They deliver very good sound quality at a volume level that's not going to hurt young ear drums. My only criticism is that they are not durable and I'm not sure how they will withstand my kid's day to day use. The good thing is that they are priced low enough that replacing them won't be a big hit on the budget.

Finding good headphones for my daughter has always been a chore. She's got teeny tiny little ears, so the multiple covers came in handy. Ultimately we always went with over the ear headphones, and then she'd turn them up so loud, I was worried about her hearing. We came across these and decided to give them a chance. Boy was I glad we did. They fit great with the smallest tip, and she finds them very comfortable. She keeps the volume turned way down now, which is lovely as well. The only thing I noticed is the cord is really stiff, which is sort of annoying, but doesn't hurt the quality at all.

The sound was good and they were comfortable. However, both pairs I bought for my daughter broke almost immediatley. The jack that plugs into her iphone broke off and it was impossible to reattach to the headphones. The reason I bought her two pairs is I thought she might lose one. She never had the chance to lose either pair. I would not recommend these headphones.

Great For Small Ear Canals,
This review is from: Ultimate Ears Loud Enough Volume Limiting Earphones for Children (Plum) (Electronics)
These headphones fit the smallest ear canals. They come with a large variety of soft covers in different sizes. I have searched for headphones that would fit my family's very small ear canals and these are the best I have found. They do not fall out of small ear canals. I have no quarrels with the sound quality either. They sound the same as my Sennheiser CX3000 headphones did.
I would have given them five stars, except the cable that comes with the headphones arrives in an incredibly tight coil and the coils never come out. If it were possible to straighten the cable, these would get five stars. Another point to note is that these headphones would not work for someone who is in a very noisy environment because they incorporate some sort of sound level governor into the headphones. This is great for children, but may not be so convenient for an adult in a noisy environment who needs higher volume. |
