Not just a great book on Elvis, but one of the best books of its kind. Everything you always wanted to know about Elvis and more. Pictures are one of the best things about the book and add immensely to it. A fantastic book to have at parties. Just leave it out on your coffee table and see how impressed your friends are with your wealth of knowledge about The King of Rock and Roll. Definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Elvis.

A ton of questions abound respective to THE KING in the form of word searches and scrambles, fill-ins and crosswords, pictures and 'your guess is as good as mine'...in this 70-quiz long masterpiece. If you "Surrender," the answers are included! So, "Doncha' Think It's Time!"

The Ultimate Elvis Quiz Book is so creative, so unique, and so delightful! The authors have many different types of puzzles chock full of Elvis information. Other puzzles don't contain new information, but are just plan fun to answer, such as Letters to Elvis and Word Pictures. One quiz, If I Can Dream, speculates about what Elvis would be doing and recording now if he were still alive. There are even a couple of quizzes about other rock and pop stars who were Elvis' contemporaries. If you're a true Elvis fan, your book collection is not complete without The Ultimate Elvis Quiz Book! (This book is available from another publisher, but the Rutledge Hill book is clearly better because of the larger print and better quality paper.)

Moore & Scott have a real winner with the Ultimate Elvis Quiz Book. It is a very unique way to learn about Elvis. More importantly, it is just a lot of fun doing the clever puzzles. A bonus is the great pictures, most of which are rarely seen. There are books available about all aspects of Elvis' life, but this one is totally different from all the others. All Elvis fans should have this book.

This was a gift from a friend who knows I like everything Elvis. In fact, I thought I had everything Elvis until I received this book. If you like Elvis, you will love this book.

I really enjoyed testing my knowlege about Elvis. I consider myself an expert in Elvisology but found some real brain stumpers. Don't pass this up if you like classic rock and roll.

For anyone who truly loves the KING or needs a one-stop resource for all things Elvis, THE ULTIMATE ELVIS QUIZ BOOK is it! With the insight and depth of knowledge that only veteran EAP sleuths could provide, David Scott and Kent more take us on a fascinating, fun tour of the life of Elvis.

The pictures are great, the puzzles are creative, and the authors know their stuff. There are lyrics listed in this book that even the most diehard fan probably didn't know existed.

And the picture of the authors at the Elvis shrine is a classic. I think it should go on the back cover of the book, in color, when you print the next edition. Let me know when the next edition will be out!

A must read for Elvis fans. Good book for guest room or lavatory. Particularly refreshing to see photographs less frequently published. But, who are all those female companions unnamed? A mystery not revealed by the authors. A good balance between challenge wihtout frustration -- just right for recreation. Pictures so homespunly done like in the word pictures on pages 56 & 57 that you could have done it yourself. What could be more comforting! Good sprinkling of information involving other artists and their interaction/involvement with Elvis. So for those who are interested in other star struck talents may find their interest tweaked by some of the tidbits tantalizingly documented in "The ELVIS Quiz Book" for the ultimate Elvis fan. Anyone with a loss of memory involving titles of songs with many memorable phrases will just love the "incorrect titles" section -- a chance to see, to unscramble your own memories of those immemorial memorable Elvis songs. Again, just who is that female companion of 1957? She is a real winner. In summary a ROCKING publication on the KING!

This quiz book was really informative, yet fun to do at the same time. It kept me very busy one long Sunday afternoon. For the really true Elvis-fan this book is a must-have!! I must admit that I didn't get all the answers at once, but kept coming back to fill in the blanks! The questions are asked in a variety of ways (e.g. crossword, blockword etc.) so that you never get bored or unduly frustrated! Each chapter deals with different aspects of Elvis' career; you are tested not only on your knowledge of his music, but also of his movies. So, if you're a true Elvis fan (like me!!!) you'll buy this book and keep it aside for that lazy Sunday afternoon! Oh, and don't forget to use a pencil ... just in case you make an error, then you won't spoil that precious Elvis quiz book!!!!

Moore and Scott are to be commended for providing a really fun way to learn about Elvis. A wide variety of quizzes deal with all aspects of Elvis's life. It emphasizes his music, so if you love listening to Elvis songs, I guarantee you that you'll really love this book.

In addition to standard types of quizzes, such as completion, matching, and crossword puzzles, Scott and Moore have included some really clever quiz formats. For example, "Dear Elvis" has Dear Abby type letters requesting advice. The answers are based on lyrics to Elvis songs -- you guess the song. "If I Can Dream" speculates on what Elvis would be doing if he were alive today. There are cute word pictures representing song titles, and paraphrases about the recitations in his songs. There's information about his leading ladies in the movies, his girlfriends in real life, his TV appearances, quotes from Elvis, and movie plots.

The questions in the book will challenge even the most knowledgeable Elvis fans. Readers will learn new facts and have a good time doing it. Also, it's a great book to show to your friends and to guests in your home.

This is a different type of Elvis book that is a must for all true Elvis fans.
