this book was mindblowing!!!! absolutely one of the most interesting books about serial killer/murders i have ever read! Terry shows connections between many killings and killers and raises the question of satanic cults behind such massive killings as the son of sam and manson murders. terry makes you understand david berkowitz mindset and reason for behaving the way he did. he by no means tries to excuse his murders (and neither does david) but merely explains with convincing evidence that there is no way david acted alone. READ THIS it will make you question a lot of murders and their alternative motives

I feel the best thing you can say to an authur of a true crime book(or any book) is that you couldn't put it down.

Unbelieveable, meticulous reaserch.

You will read this book late into the night and you will bring it to work the next day and read it when you boss isn't looking.

There's only one problem with a book as good as this....it has to end.

Years ago when the first edition of "The Ultimate Evil" came out, most people found it a journalist flight of creative fancy on a most nortorious crime spree dealing with Manson, Berkowitz and Satanic Cult Group connections. Today... more and more "The Ultimate Evil" seems to go deep within the fiber of America's Psyche and shows just how real it is. I think Mr. Terry was right on the mark from the beginning as well as the dedicated people still out there gathering the truth of just how widespread this may extend. I would give this book an extra "*" star for good measure.
