The JH Ult. Exp. item listed here under this UPC (020831458023) is the Columbia House pressing of this CD. It is identical in every aspect to the regular retail version sold in stores except for the UPC and the note added on the back cover about being manufactured by Columbia House. Since it is entirely possible that some vendors have mistakenly listed their regular retail CD under this CRC listing (by using only the artist and CD name and not by UPC code), it behooves the buyer to verify with the vendor that you will be, in fact, receiving the CRC pressing before purchasing.

Hendrix couldn't survive the excess of the sixties but his music lives on in this great compilation. All his classic hits are in fine shape on this cd that kicks it in with ALL ALONG THE WATCHTOWER then ramps it up with PURPLE HAZE and HEY JOE. Jimi's Woodstock versions of STAR SPANGLED BANNER and WILD THING put the finishing touches on this rocking, soulful compilation of the legendary Hendrix.
