I love these things,

I am a massage therapist and a yoga student. I use both of these in my practices. These eye pillows are heavy enough for your eye muscles to relax and the neck pillow offers the perfect amout of support. The neck pillow is great for holding heat and cold (be carefull to follow the instructions for chilling)!!! Buy with ease and enjoy.
