This spiral bound book offers a wealth of information. If you need ideas about how to get your workspace and photos organized, tools, page design and techniques and journaling this is the book you need. The chapter on photography gives many options about taking that perfect shot. I'm not very good at journaling so the chapter on this subject has saved me from becoming frustrated with writer's block and offers numerous choices to make your page complete. A well thought out and organized book and well worth the money.

This book is ok if you are a beginner.
Some ideas are quite old fashioned, I prefer the "Encyclopedia of Scrapbooking" instead...

I bought this book as a gift for my young niece to give her a starting point for scrapbooking. I ended up getting her a different book because this one is a little outdated and doesn't mention a lot of products currently in use for scrapping (tape runners for example). It is just because scrapbooking has advanced quickly the last few years I guess. But I kept the book for myself because it has some nice page ideas.

I was disppointed in this book but, I think I should have read the complete title. It is strictly a guide for those who have never scrapbooked before. It has more supplies and gadgets than I would ever use or could afford to buy. From how to take your pictures, to how to organize your scrapbooking supplies it is all here. It has many pages of information and if you are a serious scrapbooker you would probably enjoy this book. Again, this would be your personal preference of what you are looking for in a Scapbooking book. This tells about everything you would want to know but most of it is just common sense, how to organize, how to take pictures, how to journal, picture layouts, techniques, and equipment to buy. From printers, to die cut machines everything is included. This would be another great book for those who are just beginning scrapbooking.
