This is a really good book on stress relief. I've read several different books on the subject, and while I've enjoyed them all, I really liked this one a lot because it presetnts a wide range of different ideas, and you can pick and choose which ones you want to apply.
Most books that I've encoutered on this topic are basically organized around one central idea, and the book is just a long explanation of that core idea. I think this can be good for some people, but personally, I really appreciated having a number of different strategies to work with.
All of the strategies presented in the book are very practical and easy to implement. In fact,iI've had a number of times where I read an idea, set the book down, and could immediately go try the idea that I had just learned.
If you're looking for more of an "in-depth", systematic method for getting rid of stress from your life, this probably isn't the book for you. This book is designed to offer a wide range of options, and allow you to pick which ones you use and which you don't, and if that sounds appealing to you, this book will probably be just what you're looking for.
