The title of this book would lead one to believe that it offered everything one should know about trust deed investing. I was quite let-down when I received the book. It consisted of only about 30 printed pages of the most basic fundamentals of trust deed investing.

More a pamphlet to be given away to pospective first-time trust deed investors than an ultimate guide. For the experienced trust deed investor there are other books available that go into much more detail on the subject. For the most basic overview, this book will do.

I was not happy with the book. Nothing to bring to the table. It was like a trailer for a movie but no substance. It seemed as though you could get the same information reading the definition in a dictionary and get as much info. Small book with few pages and VERY LARGE print. I feel like I got ripped off.

A friend gave me the book. He told it was the biggest waste of money he ever had spent on a book. I laughed and after reading it realized I only wasted my time and would have been very mad had I bought this book. This is the first one star rating I've ever given on an Amazon book review.

Great book that breaks trust deed investing down to simple concepts but stays sophisticated enough to keep you engaged. Very helpful and insightful. Author seems to be well known and respected.
