This is a basic skill weight training book that can help make a base cheerleader strong enough and flyer limber for their stunts in today's competitive cheerleading arena.
I think it is a great book for a high school / junior high cheerleading sponsor who wants to help her Squad in the offseason to be able to do the stunts require to compete in NCA style events for the many Cheerleading Associations. |
