Review

I just wanted to write you and give a big thank you for helping me achieve my goals. After only a couple weeks of using your book I have seen results. As soon as I started, I realized how perfect this book was for me not to mention the free e-charts that came along with it. I love the very detailed descriptions of all the exercises and how it explains how to do every one of them. Thanks again for the great book. --Nick S

This book only offers a general training guidance in general for all sports. If you need a specific sport you need to purchase the specific book related to the sport you need. I will not recommend it to a person that needs specificity training for a related sport.

I feel it could benefit some but personally not myself. Real basic stuff with much a beginner would learn. Not bad information

The quality of the scanning is so terrible that the book is essentially unreadable. Absolutely not worth the money. I had ready deleted it right away.
