This review is from: The Ultimate Gullah Cookbook (Spiral-bound)
I have a copy of this cookbook and find the recipes easy to follow and as da'licous as the pictures. I visited a couple of the "Gullah" Islands and the book makes you feel close to the the culture with its use of the language native to the peoples of the Islands. You won't be sorry you bought this item.
