How to get the most out of this question is also offered. A take an use appendix is included. Suggestions as to virtually all of the other documents necessary to address or be aware of in the hiring process are included to aid in constructing a most comprehensive work to carry out this most key task.

If you would supplement this work with the suggestions given in the last section, you can have everything necessary to go out an interview in one booklet. About the Author

After graduating with a B.S. degree in Biology from Cleveland State University, he spent his twenty three year career in sales and sales management. An award winning sales representative himself every year, he moved into management. There he assembled top, record producing sales teams. Although a leading manager, and manager of the year numerous times, he credits his hires for his success. Many of his representatives have performed at the highest levels: "Rookie of the Year", "Saleman of the Year", Presidents council, dominating the top of the sales force, and setting company records. From this point, more than a few have gone on to a myriad of management positions, such as "National Sales Traine", "Product Manager", "National Accounts Manager", "Regional Sales Manager", and "National Sales Manager". Mr. Rippin has served on the board of directors of companies, and is a member of the governing body of his local church. He lives in Concord, Ohio with his wife Kathy, ! and his two daughters, Brianna and Natalie.

As a Human Resources Professional, I was looking forward to adding a book specifically about hiring salespeople to my library. After receiving this book I was very disappointed to discover that there is little in it that specifically applies to sales hiring. Most of the information in it is generic hiring and interviewing skills that anyone who is in Human Resources should know. This is not a sales recruiting resource despite what it claims. If you are new to hiring and interviewing I suggest picking up an Recruiting and Retaining Employees for Dummies. It gives you everything this book does and provides a much better reference for overall recruiting.
