I'm a 2nd WTF Taekwondo Black Belt and found the DVD to be very useful. Some excellent training tips on conditioning and flexibilty. Master Kim recommends ballistic stretching as necessary for Martial Arts but this has been proven to be a dangerous form of stretching and I would stay clear. If you want to focus only on your flexibilty I would recommend products by Tom Kurz. If you want to focus on improving the power and height of your kicks then this DVD will put you on the right track. His conditioning exercises for improving leg chamber and kicking height/power are excellent.

This is a great video for most levels of studying martial artists. If you aren't practicing these drills in your class, practice them at home and you will shock the others in your class when you excel by throwing some great kicks.

Do not buy this video thinking that it will show real life applications if you get into a fight on the street.

The first time I saw this dvd I was pissed off too the max and wanted my money back. The second time I watched it I WAS AMAZED and corrected on my mistake. I did not pay close attention to the different movements Sang H Kim did while wearing the same clothes and only found less than 40 drills. The second time I viewed it I was able to notice 107 drills after seeing the different drills. When you buy this dvd make sure you pay very close attention to the different movements made by Sang H Kim because some of his drills shown can be less than 30 seconds, even less than 10 seconds.

Very good DvD, have already improved my kicks and exercises, noticed difference after 2 weeks. Recomended.

I received this DVD as a gift and was not disappointed. Since the art I study does not incorporate a great deal of kicking, this DVD gave me many new ideas on how to work on improving my basic kicking skills. Using this DVD, in addition to the Complete Kicking DVD and Top 100 Scoring Techniques DVDs by Sang H. Kim really act as a great tutorial for kicking. I can't say enough about how great Sang H. Kim's products are and how nice his company is to work with.

Master Sang H. Kim is one of the very few real Masters of Tae Kwon Do. I've never met him, but have many of his books and DVDs. He shares all his knowledge, which is much, is articulate, thorough and provides his great wisdom without it being a commercial for his own greatness. I'm a Fourth Degree Black Belt and school owner and I continue to learn from Mr. Kim

Very Good DVD for the novice and intermediate students. Master Kim breaks down the techniques in digestible portions so that the student can follow along.
