The Ultimate Lean Routine show you the step by step and day by day process to drop fat, build muscle and strength, increase aerobic fitness, and look a lot better. The LOG BOOK and WORKSHEETS are very very helpful. And the diet section makes the process much easier. An excellent, readable, fun, fast way to get in shape.

i liked the workout routines and overall it is a good book, but the diet breakdown was quite confusing with all the different percentages that you needed to figure out. not a simple plan.
