Entertaining Mahjongg fun, with excellent graphics to boot!
Not only is this a solidly fun Mahjongg game, it also has all original art - and even an animated tileset! I'm one of the artists who worked on creating the 50 different themed tilesets and 150 background illustrations for this game. It wasn't easy to come up with 50 themes, but you'll find Egyptian, 50's Americana, Western, Tarot, Animals, Greco-Roman, and Horror-movie...

wouldn't work on my computer
I love Mahjongg but this game wouldn't work on my computer. I have Windows XP and I can only play for about 60 to 90 seconds before the game freezes up and I have to stop. If I want to continue playing, I have to restart my computer, and, even then, I can only get about another 60 to 90 seconds before it happens again.

Not only is this a solidly fun Mahjongg game, it also has all original art - and even an animated tileset! I'm one of the artists who worked on creating the 50 different themed tilesets and 150 background illustrations for this game. It wasn't easy to come up with 50 themes, but you'll find Egyptian, 50's Americana, Western, Tarot, Animals, Greco-Roman, and Horror-movie themes as well as the traditional Japanese and Chinese styles. We also created 3 backgrounds for each tileset (that's 150 total, of course), and no clip art was used! If you love Mahjongg on the computer and are just sick of all those cheaply-produced value-titles on the shelves, then treat yourself to this one. The price is right and I can assure you that it's as fun to play as it is pretty to look at. It was a labor of love and both ValuSoft and Gunnar Games did a great job assembling this CD. I truly hope you enjoy it.
