This "book" is nothing more than an ad for other books. It does not go into enough detail to create your own workouts. I was expecting much more. All of the information is available for free on the web. I would call it more of a pamphlet than a book. I have the Men's Health Power Training and Cardio Strength Training books by Coach Dos Remedios and they are much better.

My perspective is a little different from the other reviews. There is "some" content and useful information right out of the Byte, but mostly it's a commercial for other, more expensive programs, i.e., "if you really want an example workout, just click here..." for a $29.95 product. There are links in several places like that, and not really enough info to design your own full MRT workout.

I was anxious to read about this topic. And, being in the advertising business, I believe in advertising. But, I do not think people should have to pay to read an ad. And a book simply is not the place for an ad. Had this publication been a true book, I might have enjoyed it a good deal. Certainly it's an important topic and one in which I have keen interest. But I do not like paying for nothing but advertising and much of this sort of publishing is turning to that.

Generally i dont hab problems with brochures, as they are Free. But paying for this feels like a rip off. Look elsewhere.
