This game is a really good deal for $36.99, the graphics are good-great,
and it has a 3d world to play out the shippuuden, along with amazing graphical animations of major points in the show. It also has a hero mode to play out the original naruto story in a interactive book like way. the multiplayer far succedes the first 3 games, with 50 characters and like 16 feilds to play in. They also added little things that you might not notice but if you do it makes the purchace of this game oh so more satisfiying. My only problem with the game is that it had only a very small sliver of shippuuden in it totaling about 4 1/2 hours and a preshippuuden story (AMAZINGLY GOOD) lasting about 2 1/2 hours of game play. it then has about 10 hours more of things to do missions, collection of peices of memory( for hero mode) ect. all of which have voice acting! putting all of the time it takes to totally enjoy this game and beat it would be about 24 hours so its a really good deal.

if your a naruto addict or a new person to the series,as long as you like RPG's or deul arena's you will like this game.

things that might dissapoint is that the human graphics are lacking, while the back ground is good. and the small number of battle feilds is kinda repetive.

I adore this game, it has amazing graphics and plenty of charaters, however they didn't make all of the charaters in their shippuden forms.. Sasuke, Kiba, Shino, Choji, Ino, and others only can be played in the child form.
Also, navigation is a huge pain in the ass. If you've played the previous games, game 2 they made you walk everywhere with a complicated map that made it easy to get lost. in the third game, you were in a easy town and when you walked out of konaha, you were given options to teleport to (hot springs, training field, whatever) but in this game youre brought back into the second games map! UGH! but once you get further into the game, for a hefty price, you can teleport to certain savepoints (which youll love- getting from the leaf village to the sand village is a pain with all those bandits!)
this leads me to next point... bandits! also known as "boss battles" ...they SUCKKKK!
No, they arent hard, infact, they're so easy you can do it with your eyes closed. All you do is smash the hit key!
However, actual battles are great.
Bytheway, good luck catching toads and no-face gangsters.

Its been a while since ive played #3 and this game just gets even better. Ive shouldve bought it sooner. An areay of old and new characters makes this a treat to naruto fans! Includes a new hero mode which lets u go through the naruto story and master mode for shippuden. Bottomline if ur a naruto fan get it packed with action!

I think it's cool however after playing the 5th which for some odd reason was not released in america. They didn't put in all the shippuden characters and they cut the story short right when you start getting into it. They really should have planned it out more. Other than that it's a good game and worth buying

Kinda boring after playing for a day or two. The first story arc about Naruto's training with Jiraiya could've used a little expansion... the actual SHIPPUDEN part of the game cuts off halfway between real rising action.

Also, Sasuke's SHIPPUDEN form is nowhere to be seen.

Great game! Slightly disappointed that only Naruto was playable in RPG mode, and there were no party members, but the combat system and game experience makes up for that. One downside is that early on one of the levels really strains your eyes.

I am a fan of the Franchise, so I may be a little bias. Overall, the game follows the story. It is very similar to previous Ultimate Ninja games

This is for the PS2 so graphics will not be that great compared to PS3.
