5.0 out of 5 stars Good solid reference, November 3, 2003

This review is from: The Ultimate Nutrition Guide for Women: How to Stay Healthy with Diet, Vitamins, Minerals, and Herbs (Paperback)
This book is a great tool for referencing what women need as far as daily intake of vitamins, minerals, etc, and where to find them. She touches on a few subjects that affect women's lives, such as PMS, pregnancy, and even eating disorders. She tries not to get too deep into those, as I'm sure that would require another book or specialization altogether. However, what she discusses gives you enough information to make decisions on what foods you put in your body. A good solid reference for women who care about that.
