let me start by stating that I like this product. It provides a great massage. However there are a few problems with the design. First is the overall quality of the product, it feels a bit cheap. Although the massage unit itself is sturdy, the cable and controller feel flimsy. The vibration is definitely a plus but after a while I wanted more strength and a little variety. It would be nice to have pulses instead of vibration alone. Another problem is the perineal stimulation bump. The tip of the bump is narrow and after a while becomes painful. The tip should be wider, more rounded and perhaps soft.

The massager stopped working for me after a while without apparent cause. The cable seemed intact and new batteries didn't revive it. If it was more comfortable to use and was designed better I would definitely give it five stars. If this unit was made of top grade silicone and was better built it would be perfect.

I've tried a number of different prostate massagers. This one does everything that the non-motorized ones do, and a lot more....I use it every day and love it. It doesn't slip out like those Rude Boys units. And the batteries this one uses are easy to get....some of the others use lithium batteries that are hard to find... All my prostate problems disappeared after a couple of days. This is the Rolls-Royce of massagers!

This product would truly be the "ultimate" masssager if it could last more than 5 sessions at a time without breaking down. The problem as stated in earlier reviews is the wiring which is cheap crap. After a few uses the wires get twisted about until a short develops. I have gone through 4 of these things, believe me. It's great action but when you pay 59 bucks a piece your almost better off moneywise to visit a local asian massage palor and request the ham sandwich hold the mayo.

This product's dimensions didn't conform well with my body's. The perineal tab was too short to effectively stimulate, the insert was too short and poorly angled too stimulate my prostate. It caused some drops of clear excretions - nothing else - no feelings, pleasurable or other...
I don't recommend it to others - not at all.
